if MPLH did a CR , backed by a deal with Dr Perry, which is completely feasable,then it could pay back the $$ it owes PNO..
This could be the best scenario.
It owes PNO about 1.5 Mill i think..

Dr Perry comes out with a deal, with $$$ upfront (otherwise he doest get paid...Say its only $1 mill...then MPLH could easily pay $500k off the debt it owes PNO...

Hmmm.so many ways this could be played out, but as you said, this may be the mechanism to push things along...
