As a matter of facts, I you are to re-read my post in it's entirety, you would realise that that is what I have said.

They are protecting themselves in making sure that no one will make a move on something that they might be interested to themselves at some stage or another.

Isn't that looking after themselves.???

A 19.99% holding in any company it means that no one will ever be able to acquire or make a move on that company unless they will agree to it.

No, they are no knight in shining armour like you have said. As a matter of facts, they are very smart in what they have been doing.

Isn't that what the Chinese have done with us.???

The Chinese are holding more of CDU than what OZ Minerals is holding of SFR, their investment is static as well, they haven't made any move on CDU as yet, and yet it doesn't bother you.!!!

So, it bothers you for SFR being in that predicament but it doesn't bother you for CDU being in that very same position.
