I think we can safely assume it is the public announcement of the approval Kalenn posted back in Feb, I am sure Kalenn will not mind me re-posting, see below:-

As we know AVB did not do an ASX announcement on this at the time, which is interesting because it would have warranted one I suggest, unless you indeed did not want a song and dance during any objection period. If this is so, why not now issue a nice PR announcement? The investor presentation earlier this month shows that they are being a little more proactive and do want to put out positive press, either this is worthy positive press for the environmental approval or its not. Only reason I can see is you may have bigger news on the horizon, pure guesswork.
