The price is not being manipulated it is being trashed by management. They are spending without any firm plan to make this a viable project. It is clear Rex needs money and will raise capital again if the share price rises. The management are unlikely to meet their guidelines for progress given past experience and even if they do it will be months before there is any major change. The SA govt approval is already factored into the price. All the recent buyers will sell if they have a chance to get more than 40 cents. Hopefully all of this will ensure that management get the message and form a joint venture with a well capitalised partner. You just need to take one look at the financing plan in the last market update to realise that it is laughable.
