Good point furniture. It's not really taking off, rather it's just starting to represent closer to a market value. When it's hitting the 39c & 43c interim price targets, that's when we'll be taking off.
Steve, the MOU was 90 days from the 5th Feb, but it would likely have been signed up to 3 days prior, so I'd suggest the answer is sometime in the first week of May. While we don't need the JV to happen, it will be a nice bonus if a mutual win-win deal can be done with Richland.
