Yeah this is a fair point. I think they have the cash to get through ok without raisingor sales but I suppose that relies on no further cost blow outs or things going wrong. The way I see it is that an announcement firming up their financial position will cause a sharp rise in the shsre price while presumed bad news is already factoresd in to some extent. Always nice to wait for certainty but the returns are lower of course.
