Nobody knows until they put it on pump.
Usually they try and run a pump off produced gas if they can't access electricification, but I don't know what this one will be. I guess it will either run off crude produced by the well or off diesel because there has been no mention of Surprise producing gas.
That is a question somebody could ask the company.
In my mind...if the resource is 1/2 a million bbls...then getting 675 bbls a day gives us a bout 2 years of oil.
As I have said before, a well does not just run at its initial flow rate until it runs out of oil. It starts declining immediately and falls off exponentially (or even faster for shale wells).
There are approx 1 million bbls of 2P here so if it stabilises at 600 bopd it might produce for up to 10 years, assuming one well is enough to drain the field and they don't decide to drill more to improve the NPV.
