As per usual form, you are not only off topic, but reiterating things that have been discussed to death

I have no affiliation with the listed companies, something which I have responded to numerous times

Likewise, I have openly debated the pro's and con's of the deposits with the likes of mausgras and others

However, if you can't understand/comprehend the effect of transferring assets to PMR under a JV/farm-in agreement from a major to a subsidiary, then why were you continuing to imply the AceA deal as non-arm's length and uncommercial as if from some fundamental understanding

It is either you actually don't understand and are seeking clarity, in which case you should call the company as opposed to posting the same queries daily (Ibam Hill, AceA etc) or you do understand and are posting open ended questions to simply stir regular posters
