Guys... common sense it was a re release of old info to support the many calls for an announcement made here... and the share price.
Quite possibly the last part of the total order depended upon how the first part went.... (such is not unusual but common place) and meeting these hurdles is what has really been announced....
Revenue guidance/assurance going forward was mentioned too...
