Yep, The directors are not calling the shots the banks have been for some time.

I have never owned this stock and never will, I follow this stock because a friend of mine asked me to look at it 12 months ago, I told him to turn himself into the gingerbread man and run, alas that was not listen to.

Just because I don't own the stock and never would does not preclude me from an opinion. In fact this optinion would be far less biased than a current holder who has a conflict of interest!!
