"at $0.42 the company is in play"
I reckon that mail is nothing more than chinese whispers!
Why would NHC sell their stake in WCL for 42c when they have held it for 5 years and would be selling for vitually no profit and giving up the chance to see their investment double in a year on the back of a bankable GSA?
Not sure what their average price would be but I know a lot of shares were bought at 45c or above. Mitchell also bought in at 45c from memory so I feel the talk of directors leaving to tout around their stake is idle conjecture. I recall AK was telling people he thought the stock was worth more than a $1 a share when LNG ltd bobbed up with the first indicative proposal so I also don't see how he is now thinking 42c would be fine.
Whatever happens good luck to all holders- I think we deserve a bloody big win having held this through thick and thin.
