At the end of the last financial year bml had 188m shares and options on issue. They now have nearly 900 million shares and options on issue and I estimate about $700000 or less in the bank after the latest placement. I would call that a substantial dilution. Cash per share equates to around one tenth of one cent not including the options on issue. Too funny !
