If you believe the paper (for notional values is what they are, based on cost & depreciation - an exercise in accountancy only) valuations of assets in this instance then you are I'm afraid several monkeys short of a rainforest...
You have to see the bigger picture, and as I've warned repeatedly, there is another agenda - one of control of strategic materials - at play here.
Do not be surprised if you get back here on Monday and the sp is sub-10c or underestimate the dilutive power of any CR in whatever form it's presented.
