There is something going on at Karoon and we do not know for sure what it is. This is nothing new. Karoon is in a battle with major players who can control the KAR stock. By the way this is not the Hot Copper group.

One of the tasks of KAR management is to keep its enemies in front of them. Problem being they may not know the enemies. This causes a closed shop environment to control the situation.

Karoon had to drill Grace. COP realized the percentages and got out while they could. I do not see COP as a takeover company. It may be a conglomerate of major holders involved with a partner to try a takeover. It will have to be hostile at this point. This is why Karoon is putting all of their eggs in one basket in this Poseidon drill. It is known gas potential.

Now is time to prove it and put Karoon back in a positive position. IT IS TIME FOR KAROON TO HIT A MAJOR PRODUCTION WELL and they can do it!
I feel they have to drill in to best potential position as possible on this hole, then release positive Brazil information. They then need to put a publicity campaign to getting in new big buyers to stabilize take over potentials.

With a good well in Poseidon, Brazil information and starting next Poseidon well should put Karoon SP around A$6.00 to A$7.00.

Karoon will have to have a capital raising at some point. Causing a drop in SP.

I have been on a ride with Karoon for a long time and purchased on the high side causing my average to be around A$6.00 I will be buying at the low price to average down as much as I can
