Nasty, generally agree with some of your sentiments. But we intend to do all we can to protect the interests of minority holders and get the best deal possible. Every dog has his day.
If we act as a group we will have the best chance. If we sit on our hands we will get nothing.
Jantimont, I outlined one possibility which depends on the interests of several parties. As advised by the administrator, a trade sale is also being looked at, but they are giving serious consideration to a relisting, and they think it would work in this case. He was happy to be quoted on this. (see gelxis earlier post)
It won't be the minority shareholders paying back the debts, but if a relisting takes place, it will involve a number of players, current shareholders, new shareholders, cornerstone investors, debt providers, brokers etc.
Those who fight for their rights are more likely to be heard and heeded than those who turn and walk away.
There are several investors who haven't given up yet, and there is still time to join.
