Might also be some positioning ahead of the next index rebalance. SYR a shoe-in for the ASX200 this time around and those buying now will be getting it cheaper than others will have to pay in June when SYR gets moved up to the 200 from the 300.
Crap day on the mkt today but another ATH hit. $4 is very very close.
