I've done some more calculations on the price post-issue, - and welcome any diverse points of view.
Sums are done on the price right now of 6.2 cents.
Cap = (.062 * 217m shares) = $13.54m,
or
Cap = (.062*5.715) * 38.07m shares = $13.54m
Add in cap raising = .20 * 45.5m shares = $9.10m
Add in shares issued as purchase of DigitalBTC = 82.76m shares
Total shares on issue now 166m
Total dollar value now $22.64m
Theoretical share price = 13.6 cents.
BUT that is attributing zero value to the company acquired, DigitalBTC.
So the listing price of the shares in May will be 13.6 cents PLUS whatever the market values DigitalBTC at.
Please pull this apart if you disagree. Its all pretty academic anyway because in the end it depends on a whole lot of intangibles.
