FACT! All Boeing aircraft since the 707 including the 777 the doors first open inward, then to side slightly and then finally rest outside the airframe.
Exception would be likes of the MD-11s, the doors open first inward, and then they retract into the ceilings.
All presurised airliners since about the 1950s have had this design for cabin doors for obvious reasons.
