I have no idea how much credability that should be attributed to it.
Seems to me a perfect time to release an article like that if "someone" was shorting on RFE and wanting out.

We should check to see who the major shareholders are and whats changed.

Also, no doubt this stock is very leaky. Someone knows something way before the market finds out. Privelaged info they call it.
