You are correct in part. No doubt JCR is doing the filing but the CEO said a Q1 filing. When a CEO makes those claims they are taken as gospel. If those claims are I'm danger of not being met there should be a non prove sensitive ANN made outlining why the delay and what is the revised timeline. Something they've never done which is bad management.
Hey boss yes I will get this report dome by Friday. Goes silent for month without explanation......I'd get fired. Simple as that.
