For the record, there are 320.2m shares on the register, of which 47.9m are loan plan shares which are way out of the money (most vest at around 28c.)

So even at 2c, that's a true market cap of $5.4m, about half of what you claim above.

But never let the facts get in the way of a good down-ramp.
