    That's some serious ramping there Frosty.

    AKK only has rights to 30% so 1,500 acres tops. Thus becomes $30M - $60M on your hypothesis wouldn't it?

    Though maybe your point was more that AKK's acreage in EFS is probably worth more than current MC
