If management are consistent then refinancing is different to a recapitalisation.
When the Blumont announcement regarding the Convertible Bonds was made the announcement was "recapitalisation". This trading halt clearly says "refinance". So you would have to expect that debt is replaced with debt.
Anyway, who knows until Tuesday.
