Correct me if I am wrong Hiepn2-2005.But a PE reflects past earning and is not relevant to DNA as earnings don't start from the new operation until it is operating for 12 months .It opens in 6 weeks so we can comfortably expect in May next year a more realistic PE I am guessing it will be significantly better than 17 for many reasons.Labour costs lower,bigger number of small punters willing to take a chance and significantly lower cost of build to name a few Cheers Chooky
