    re: Ann: Potential Acquisition and Completion... what a nothing announcement. LOL "proposed aquisition". Could write anything in that space if "proposed". The only real news hidden amongst 4 pages of guff is the placement to a sophisticated investor at 0.04...a 20% discount to the price before it came out of the halt.
