I am more than willing to put some funds aside to open to books on this closed book business to launch a class action if others feel as strongly about this as i do. More than willing to risk failure but to stand up and be heard as opposed to meekly submitting. I have a fantastic lawyer who would do some pro bono and some charged and as long as we could budget and project manage the case I am more willing to commit my services and time to this. Obviously this is based on what I personally believe will transpire over next few weeks but I would like to raise it in this forum and considering the absolute valuation decimation by management along with the nefarious Seven relationship/lack of shareholder guidance I believe there is at least a platform to consider this? After considering then it either yes go ahead no but I am willing if others are if and when the bread lands butter side down.
