Another big positive which I don't think is being talked about very much which I think I picked up in a Beverley PEPR is that there was only one member of the Native Title Claimants that was opposed to drilling in the river channels.

This gentleman has now passed away and I think Heathgate is now in a position to explore these parts of their tenements including our JV tenement.

I think Heathgate will be assessing each case on its own merits.

If anyone knows any different I stand to be corrected. I think I remember reading this as it got my interest.
