Tangentland stated:

"you still avoid the fact that I saw a jet engine on the Pentagon lawn not long after the event on live TV broadcast"

I accept that the Pentagon is a strong reinforced secure building, but its not that strong or secure. If the engine, which weighs say 10 tonnes did end up on the lawn it would have bounced off the Pentagon building walls and there are many photos showing the windows that were in the path of the wings/engines were not damaged. The 10 tonne engines would have been embedded deep within the building, not on the lawn. The engines would have been the most destructive part of the plane to hit a building and would have caused a significant amount of damage.

Anther issue I have with the official account is that the US on was alert when the plane was flying towards the Pentagon. Why did the US not shoot it down with antiaircraft weapons? Instead they let if fly towards and around Washington DC??
