Reaper11, I disagree. He had taken the child by the hand and was leading it away. His intent was to abduct the child as proven by his actions, in fact he had abducted the child. Whatever his intent was to do with the child afterwards is, I agree, a matter for conjecture and not provable, but his actions were criminal.
