Surely this is a class action. I am luckily in a position were the money is irrelevant to me so I would rather see the proposal rejected than give it to SGH for 2 cents. I for one think this has a terrible smell to it and I think the next shareholder meeting will be one full of vinegar for the directors and ammunition for the lawyers.
