Spuza,...just as angry as you are but DV was not management (he was a non exec director).
I was talking about LDM and his CFO. They will be struggling (and, ultimately, it was up to these guys to come up with a resolution and put it to the board). They didn't, they are accountable.
The only thing directors can be blamed for is not moving these guys along as soon as it became clear they were not the right people for the job.
Not that it helps any of us...reality is we get 2c and lost BIG TIME.
