Does anyone with experience in these kind of disputes think, assuming for a second that legal proceedings point toward BKP having a strong case, there is any chance at all (when hell freezes over?) of Statoil giving us a sympathy well to settle this matter amicably? eg. into the conventional Hagan prospect, with BKP receiving a little bit of interest. I know I'm probably dreaming but if someone says the chance is one out of a millon - then you're telling me there's a chance!
