Overall, it is a comforting announcement I felt. Things seem to be progressing in the right direction.
One thing I haven't been aware of is the CR.
"Patterson ... to assist company to raise equity as part of the funding package." Might have been my oversight. Anyway, sounds like debt financing is possible IF shareholders are willing to put some money on the table too. We shall see what conditions are attached to it, and I might be happy to pick up a few more via CR.
