hindsight

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Can all you long termers in here remember the good old days? Can you imagine what and where we would be sitting if terry's plan was to do the opposite to what he did?
Use sale proceeds of land to go full hog like he is now on all these wells and keep niobrara land left as a back up until income was better. we would be at .40. I know he couldn't due to old deal, but hey!
