6 Palestinians killed in Gaza raid
Palestinian youths throw stones at Israeli tanks and bulldozers during clashes February at the entrance to Beit Hanoun in the Gaza Strip. Israel's week-old offensive against Islamic militants in the Gaza Strip intensified yesterday, and six Palestinians were killed and 28 wounded in a raid on a Palestinian town from which homemade rockets have been fired at Israeli communities. Two other Palestinians and an Israeli soldier were killed elsewhere in Gaza.
