Yes, a good announcement, contrary to recent ones. One thing has got me thinking though- cash flow natural at 750t pm = 9000t pa, meaning 2000t pa profit at 11000t pa or $50M ($25/kg). How well this service existing debt repayments given this cash is still 12mnths away?
Another thought $50M/1B shares is eps of 5c x 10(p/e) = share price of 50c. Obviously dilution is a possibility going forward which well affect this.
How are my calcs? Anyone with a logical opinion?
