your missing the point tpg...
LYC will be cash positive even with Very Low Rare Earth prices, there is plenty of room for upside... Rock bottom at the moment and future production ramp up of stage 2 to get the costs to $14.
The point is the tide is turning coming from a cash point of view, they need to be able to cover costs for now at least...
