If you understood these markets I suggest you do some DCF valuations on 10,15,20 years of royalties
I dont know what you mean by "big bang" but when you sign a deal with a global company in the healthcare industry that provides long term revenues you dont just look at the next quarterly - You need to understand what the longterm value and potential of these deals would be.
