    from what I understand that until VXL commence production they are not in a position to sign a sales contract otherwise could expose VXL to a non performance penalty should they not deliver

    having a proven production unit with a couple of weeks running and iron out any restart problems is a must IMO, before signing contracts

    at least the sp went up today on an ordinary day
