CD did make the point the other week that an offtake agreement for graphite without any production is far less significant that having production
if he was referring to Focus with production at least 2 years away and the Chinese offtake agreement then that ties in with recent events in the graphite biz
I think there are a lot of companies ready and wanting to sign but VXL are holding back until after they are in production
