Speculator - if we factor in 5000 bopd and 7.5 mcf per day since January and add in ROC 7500 bopd since Jan I suggest they will have 55-60m in cash even after this acquisition. I would guess this oil would be sold as TAPIS which would be even better
This is a low risk , high reward farm in by ROC . I would not be surprised to see valuation which are 65-95 now move to 80-120 post this acquisition
It's been a great 2 weeks for ROC and I think it will be a great year SP wise
