Cmon, would be great to have you on board ROC. Especially if you could get stuck into the detail, as you mention the PSC is not as clear cut as perhaps other Oil sector deals.
btw, I think you might need to re-read the announcement, ROC has just gained a 50% of 10,000 bopd + 17 mmscf/d. Not just 1,000 bopd.
I can only echo danpech thoughts, I also keep an eye on HZN, but I think it worth your time to have another look at ROC.
