    Ben Graham gave a seminar after writing Security Analysis and the Intelligent Investor. I have read both books a few times.

    If earnings yield is double the bond rate, that's a margin of safety and a good enough reason to buy. This criterion was applied over many years and thrashed the market.

    TGA meets the earnings yield requirement.
