Basically Roc has managed to get a buy in cost of approximately 65 million dollars. A further breakdown is in my blog, but I think it's an absolutely great deal for the company, after reading about the announcement yesterday I put some spare money to work.
Hopefully the market realizes what ROC has done shortly, we'll all be very happy campers if it does.
