How is Pacific Environment going to fund an acquisition (especially one that was triggered by a trading halt)? They only have around $1m in cash, however it appears they are generating positive cash flow in recent quarters. Maybe it has grown to $1.5m by now (who knows).
Let's hope they don't issue any scrip, as I don't want my holding diluted.
Best case scenario is if the acquisition is funded by debt. Let's hope it is a star performer that generates positive cash flow with plenty of synergies yet to be realised.
