The result has crushed a few including you but all is not lost.. You have two beautiful high achieves and you are presumably healthy.
Try this, go down to your local sailing or yacht club, assuming there is one near you, ask about joining a boat for a twilight sailing session, take some champagne and celebrate all that is good.
You have taken a temporary hit but you will bounce back. Me, I am just going to paddle out into the lineup and enjoy being the beauty of the ocean and being one with nature.
