I think there's a lot more going on with this company than just speculation and it is not just like many other specs.
They do have a gold processing plant running at full capacity. They have plans in progress to fix the recoveries. The risk is that recoveries dont improve enough to meet the plan.
On the concentrate item they have said they are in talks with several potential suppliers. They have submitted revised plans to the govt. They have a existing plant that can process the concentrate with very minimal changes. They have concentrated several batches from various deposits around the world. They know it will concentrate to 40 to 50gt. They know how they will transport the concentrate and what it will cost.
This risks are that they cant make a deal with anyone or they dont get govt approval.
