would you like to explain why you think that MSB's patent applications will be more open to challenge because of successful FDA trials?
I don't see why the arguments against MSB being able to hold patents for methods for stem cell harvesting, treatment and application would be more strong as a result of the trials. The trials are about efficacy. This strengthens MSB's claims, it doesn't weaken them.
Maybe you are concerned about public policy issues surrounding the ability to patent processes relating to stem cells, but even there I don't really follow your logic.
