    They aren't just doing a cap raising to cover debt. They are also introducing a DRP and have said they are opting in so guaranteed 95% of dividends will be invested under DRP.

    Cap raising is an opportunistic move that I believe is as much about increasing liquidity in the stock as it is about paying down debt.
