The chairman did say has been achieved.
It was a fairly confident remark and statement that it is occurring already according to him,in the present tense.
No mention of gas flows is a still a major concern, given past history.
No mention of the success of the fracking on the first Oman well, that buys into new potential reserves, not sure on that either, or whether the other Oman well has been fracked as it should have been completed as per operations Report on the 25/3, it was a few days away.
